PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird damage prevention tool which can continuously repel birds such as a craw and does not cause unnecessary fear to common people who does not know much about a bird damage prevention tool.SOLUTION: A bird damage prevention tool attached to an attached part includes: a rotation center shaft installed upright on the attached part a main body which can rotate around the central axis of the rotation center shaft repelling members provided on the main body to repel birds a pair of levitating magnets provided so that the same magnetic poles face each other in the central axis direction. The main body is made to be a levitating state above one of the levitating magnets which is located on the attached part side in the central axis direction by the repulsive force between the same magnetic poles of the levitating magnets.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 継続的にカラス等の鳥類を忌避させることができるとともに、鳥害防止具についての知識が乏しい一般人に不要な不安を与えないようにした鳥害防止具を提供する。【解決手段】 被取付部に取付けられる鳥害防止具であって、被取付部に対して立設される回転中心軸と、回転中心軸の軸心回りに回転可能な本体と、本体に設けられて鳥類等を忌避させるための忌避部材と、同極どうしが軸心方向で向き合うよう対で設けられた浮揚用磁石とを備え、本体は、浮揚用磁石の同極どうしの反発力によって、被取付部側にある一方の浮揚用磁石に対して軸心方向で浮揚状態とされたことを特徴としている。【選択図】図2
