PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical formation for thyroid hormones, capable of being orally ingested in a specified amount with safety, and to provide a method for obtaining the pharmaceutical formation.SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition contains the thyroid hormones which are orally ingestible without being bitten and exist in a homogeneous substrate comprising a soft gel, preferably, in a form of T-3 and/or T-4 or their salts, in a pharmaceutically effective concentration, preferably, in an amount of 0.001-1 wt%. The homogeneous substrate in the composition has a shape and a size corresponding to those of a tablet or a capsule. The composition is composed of a gelatine derived from cattle, swine or fish in an amount of 30-68 wt% in a dry state.
