A method for determination of structure component of spine deformation at idiopathic scoliosis by X-ray studies of spine deformed portion with the patient supine with the determination of the intervertebral discs state on this site, and X-ray picture is taken at the maximum flexion of the trunk of the patient in the male side of the deformation on the resulting X-ray picture reveals proximal and distal end of the main curvature of the vertebrae and the position of the upper end plate of the proximal end of the body of the main curvature of the vertebral end plate is determined relative to the lower adjacent vertebral body with it, placed proximally and lower end plate of the vertebra body distal end main curvature relative to the upper end of the plate adjacent to the these vertebral body disposed distally, and if it is determined that said plates, respectively, are parallel to each other, or an angle between them is open in the concave side of the deformation vertebra portion is identified as disposed between the proximal and the distal end of the main curvature of the vertebrae is determined as a structural component of vertebra deformation.Спосіб визначення структурного компонента деформації хребта при ідіоматичному сколіозі шляхом проведення рентгенологічного дослідження деформованої ділянки хребта у положенні хворого лежачи на спині з визначенням стану міжхребцевих дисків на цій ділянці, причому рентгенологічний знімок виконують при максимальному згинанні тулуба хворого в опуклий бік деформації, на отриманому рентгенологічному знімку виявляють проксимальний та дистальний кінцеві хребці головного викривлення і визначають положення верхньої кінцевої пластинки тіла проксимального кінцевого хребця головного викривлення відносно нижньої кінцевої пластинки суміжного з ним тіла хребця, розміщеного проксимальніше, а також - нижньої кінцевої пластинки тіла дистального кінцевого хребця головного викривлення відносно верхньої кінцевої пластинки суміжного з ним тіла хребця
