CONSTITUTION: An inlet and an outlet are formed in a case(3). A lamp(4), which capable of implementing photochemical reaction with respect to media and toxic materials, is inserted into the case. Purifying media is arranged in the internal space of the case. The media is cylindrical mesh-shaped media(5) surrounding the lamp.
