Dynamic stretching, strengthening and stabilization devices are provided for posture correction and retraining. The apparatus has a pair of closed loop resistance tubes and a central harness member for positioning the closed loop resistance tube in the form of approximately eight characters. Each loop of resistance tube is sized to accommodate the user's arm and shoulder.
