PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect the actual operation of a human body on the control of a remote operation robot or the like or the operation of a character on a video in a computer game or the like and an effect on a video given by the operation by detecting the operation of the human body in accordance with a change in the size of a power accompanied by the operation, and converting it into vector data.SOLUTION: A vector data output system includes: a myoelectric signal detection device capable of measuring the surface myoelectric potential of one or more specific muscles of a human body, and outputting it as a myoelectric signal a motion capture device capable of detecting the motion of the arbitrary specific part of the human body, and performing the projective transformation of the three-dimensional coordinates of each part of the human body into the coordinates of a projective coordinate system by perspective projection, and outputting a position change as coordinate displacement data and a control device capable of inputting the myoelectric signal and the coordinate displacement data.
