PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object information analyzing apparatus, an endoscope system and an object information analyzing method which are able to readily obtain characteristic information on the object, including scattering information of light on a region to be examined of the object.

SOLUTION: An ultrasound generation part 2 generates an ultrasound wave toward the object along a prescribed ultrasound transmission axis and an illumination light generation part 3 generates illumination light so as to reach a region to be examined within the object, where the ultrasound sound is transmitted. On the basis of light receiving signals received by a light receiving part 4 through the region to be examined, the scattering information of the light in the region to be examined is extracted in an information extraction part 5. Further, by an object information generation part 6, the characteristic information of the object corresponding to the region to be examined is generated.
