PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a sense of incompatibility such as steps of an image caused by difference of non-linearity of a plurality of A/D convertor by a simple configuration and an easy processing.
SOLUTION: The imaging device includes: a detection part 101 wherein a plurality of pixels are divided into a first pixel group 101a and a second pixel group 101b and a signal processing part 106 including a read-out circuit part 103 including a first read-out circuit 103a and a second read-out circuit 103b, an A/D convert part 104 including a first A/D convertor 104a and a second A/D convertor 104b, and a digital data processing circuit 105. The control part controls the device so as to carry out operation wherein operation to add a direct current potential to analog electric signals of predetermined pixels outputted from the read-out circuit and input them into the A/D converting part to output the digital data to the digital data processing circuit, and operation to average a plurality of digital data of the outputted predetermined pixels by the digital data processing circuit.
