PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove an influence of a wave tail of a tube voltage waveform and to thus improve a quality of a radiological phase contrast image obtained when performing a phase imaging by radiation such as X-ray.SOLUTION: A radiological image detection apparatus includes: a first grating 31 a second grating 32 that has a period which substantially coincides with a pattern period of a radiological image formed by radiation having passed through the first grating 31 a scanning unit 33 that relatively displaces the radiological image and the second grating 32 to a plurality of relative positions at which phase differences of the radiological image and the second grating 32 are different from each other a radiological image detector 30 that detects the radiological image masked by the second grating 32 a radiation detection unit 36 that detects the radiation and a control unit.
