PURPOSE: A composition for scalp protection, depilation prevention, and hair growth stimulation is provided to protect scalp, prevent depilation, and stimulate hair growth without stimulate scalp and hair. CONSTITUTION: A composition for scalp protection, depilation prevention, and hair growth stimulation is produced by being fermented and extracted with Puerariae Radix soup in a fermentation pot for 30-72 hours and mixing with cosmetic composition which is used for normal scalp protection. The friendly bacteria can be obtained by the following processes: mixing 20-50 weight% of lactobacillus, 20-50 weight% of yeast, 20-50 weight% of bacillus natto, 1-10 weight% of photosynthetic bacteria + yeast； and cultivating the mixture at 20-30 deg. Celsius without supply of any other culture medium over 3 months.본 발명은 두피와 모발에 자극을 주지 않으면서 두피보호와 개선 및 탈모지연, 모발개선에 기여할 수 있도록 한 선옥균을 이용한 두피보호 탈모방지 발모촉진 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 선옥균과 갈근탕(葛根湯)을 함께 발효약탕기에서 30 ∼ 72시간 발효추출하여 얻어지는 선옥균조성물과, 통상의 두피보호에 사용되는 화장료 조성물과 혼합하여 두피 보호와 탈모 지연 및 발모 효과를 포함하는 조성물을 얻는 것이 특징이다.
