This invention relates to processes of preparing heterogeneous graft material from animal tissue. Specifically, the invention relates to the preparation of animal tissue, in which the tissue is cleaned and chemically cross-linked using both vaporized and liquid cross- linking agents, resulting in improved physical properties such as thin tissue and lowered antigenicity, thereby increasing the ease of delivering the tissue during surgery and decreasing the risk of post-surgical complication, respectively.La présente invention porte sur des procédés de préparation dun matériau de greffe hétérogène à partir dun tissu animal. De manière spécifique, linvention porte sur la préparation dun tissu animal, le tissu étant nettoyé et réticulé chimiquement à laide à la fois dagents de réticulation vaporisés et dagents de réticulation liquides, conduisant à des propriétés physiques améliorées, telles quun tissu mince et une antigénicité réduite, permettant ainsi respectivement daccroître la facilité de pose du tissu pendant une chirurgie et de diminuer le risque de complication post-chirurgicale.
