The present invention relates to a method for separating multipotent and neural crest stem cells from embryonic stem cells by using a cell culture insertion body having a porous membrane, and to uses of the separated neural crest stem cells. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for separating and culturing neural crest stem cells derived from novel embryonic stem cells having effects in reducing costs, capable of removing the limitations of a cell supply source and cell successive culture by using a cell culture insertion body having a porous membrane, and significantly improving separation efficiency and separation ability more than the existing method for separating novel embryonic stem cells derived from human embryonic stem cells. The neural crest stem cells separated and cultured by the method of the present invention has multipotent capacity which can be divided into neural cells, oligodendrocytes, astrocytes, Schwann cells, osteoblasts, chondrocytes, fat cells, or skeletal muscle cells, and can be used as cell medicine for treating various diseases such as nervous system diseases or the like.본 발명은 다공성 막을 가진 세포배양 삽입체를 이용한 배아줄기세포로부터 다분화능 신경능 줄기세포의 분리 방법 및 분리된 신경능 줄기세포의 용도에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 본 발명은 다공성 막을 가진 세포배양 삽입체를 사용하여 세포공급원 및 세포 계대 배양의 제한성을 없앴으며, 기존의 인간 배아줄기세포 유래 신경능 줄기세포 분리방법보다 분리효율 및 분화능력을 크게 향상시키고, 비용을 절감하는 효과가 있는 새로운 배아줄기세포 유래 신경능 줄기세포의 분리 및 배양 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법으로 분리 및 배양된 신경능 줄기세포는 신경세포, 희돌기교세포, 성상세포, 슈반세포, 조골세포, 연골세포, 지방세포 또는 골격근세포로 분화될 수 있는 다분화능을 가지고 있어 신경계 질환 등 다양한 질환의 치료를 위한 세포치료제로서 사용될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
