PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extractor for a reamer and an extractor with the reamer in which tooth extraction can be performed safely, stably and easily, and thereby patients burden is reduced.SOLUTION: An extractor is constituted of: a bar comprising a bar handle, a hooking part for hooking a reamer provided at a distal end of the bar handle and a connecting shaft positioned between these and a base comprising a base handle, an abutment part provided at a distal end of the base handle and for being brought into abutment with a tooth and a connecting groove positioned between these and fitting a connecting shaft of the bar to integrate them.
