Disclosed is an infant monitoring device for regular movement and physical parameters, including a housing, clip, flexible protuberance, transfer part, circuit board and battery. The housing encloses the circuit board and the battery, and the clip is combined with the housing for being hooked on a diaper worn by an infant. The flexible protuberance extends outward from the housing and is configured for connecting the transfer part so as to further contact or connect a motion sensor provided on the circuit board. The movement of the infant is continuously sensed by a motion sensor and instantly monitored by an electronic controller such that a light emitting diode, wireless transceiver and speaker on the circuit board are driven by the controller to perform predetermined actions when an abnormal situation is monitored, thereby informing and reminding a caretaker of taking appropriate measure.
