Present invention provides specially design a wearable EEG self-guidance and severity level diagnosis indicator device for lost Alzheimers subjects. The proposed wearable mounting device will recognize the patient™s lost status and guide the patient. Our aim is to develop a device that could detect the EEG sensors mounted on the scalp of the patient which measures voltage fluctuations resulting from ionic current within the neurons of the brain by non-invasive method through EEG sensors. The proposed device objective to monitors patient mental health in real-time, track patients lost position and guide patient through visual and audio aid. This is very useful for the guardians of the Alzheimers patients to focus on their daily routine and mental health of patient and guide care taker to find lost patient by generating emergency service online or offline.
