The electrode may be effective in receiving and conducting a current, and for fixing the device to a power source. The device may include a base. The base may be attached to the insertion section. The base may include a port which is effective in receiving at least a part of the current from the electrode. The base may include a collar which is effective in adding heat, which is sufficient for emitting perfume from a material to which perfume is injected, in the case where at least a part of current is supplied from the electrode to the collar. The device may include a cap.
