The device (1) has a U-shaped bent tube (2) equipped with a clamping ring (3) at an end, where the ring is engaged with a round tube of a vehicle (V) in a removable manner to allow fixing of the device with the vehicle in a position in which a domestic animal is arranged between side branches (4, 5) of the bent tube. Each side branch of the bet tube is provided with a rapid fixing system (6) e.g. snap hook, to clutch a harness carried by the animal. An adjustment unit adjusts a position of the system in different positions along the corresponding side branch of the bent tube. An independent claim is also included for a non motorized wheel vehicle and an accessory device assembly.L'invention consiste en un dispositif (1), accessoire, destiné à assurer une connexion mécanique entre un animal domestique (A) et un véhicule (V) à roue non motorisé, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un tube coudé (2) en U équipé, à l'une des extrémités du tube en U, d'un anneau de serrage (3) destiné à coopérer de manière amovible avec un tube rond du véhicule (V) pour permettre la fixation dudit dispositif (1) au véhicule dans une position où un animal domestique peut être disposé entre les branches latérales (4,5) du tube coudé (2) en U, ledit U étant inversé, chaque branche latérale (4,5) du tube coudé en U étant pourvu d'un système (6) d'accrochage rapide, tel qu'un mousqueton, destiné à agripper un harnais porté par ledit animal.
