PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purifier to be used for treating chronic renal failure, having high water permeating performance and preventing performance in treatment from being varied depending on the blood concentration of a patient.SOLUTION: The blood purifier exhibiting constant performance regardless of the condition of blood can be achieved by controlling the filled state and the degree of freedom of a base material polymer.
