PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which measures the percentage content of fat of a liver without extending the design scale of hardware.SOLUTION: A measurement device 100 for supplying an ultrasonic signal to a portion of a body and receiving a response signal passing through the portion of the body comprises: an ultrasonic signal generation part 120 which generates an ultrasonic signal in response to a control signal 110； a loop control part 160 which supplies the control signal to the ultrasonic signal generation part in response to the reception of a response signal passing through the portion of the body； and a frequency measurement part 170 which measures a repeating frequency of the control signal repeatedly supplied by the loop control part.
