PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fit a clip unit for a ligation device to an operation wire of the ligation device.SOLUTION: In a state where a clip case storing an arm 120 and a ring case coaxially storing a ring 101 are assembled at some interval apart by a pair of projection parts 90aa-91ab, an operation wire 340 with a joint 128 fitted at a tip end is inserted into a sheath insertion hole 96 of the ring case.
