PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device which is efficient and which can perform an energy-saving operation in a poultry house where a heat exchanger is disposed.SOLUTION: A control device for ventilation system of a poultry house including a heat exchanger includes: a management temperature determination part for determining a management temperature based on day-old of broilers； an outside air temperature detection part for detecting an outside air temperature of the poultry house； and a heat exchanger control part for controlling an operation of the heat exchanger.
