The present invention relates to secateurs which minimize slippage caused when cutting stems of landscaping trees, fruit trees, etc. with secateurs, and are capable of performing stem cutting. More specifically, the present invention relates to secateurs with a stem anti-slip function and a cutting function for pruning which minimize the slippage caused when pruning even if the diameter of a stem is large or the stem is hard, and are capable of cutting the stem.
