PURPOSE: An aestivating apparatus for cultivating sea cucumber is provided to facilitate installation of the apparatus, to allow a sea cucumber growing space appropriate for the ecology of the sea cucumber. Particularly, the aestivating apparatus for cultivating sea cucumber is provided to allow a good sea cucumber growing environment to facilitate aestivating of the sea cucumber in consideration of a sea cucumber characteristic of finding a corner at a high water temperature.CONSTITUTION: An aestivating apparatus for cultivating sea cucumber comprises an aestivating member (10) formed of a flexible material having a shape of a tube that is disposed in a transverse direction and an opening that is formed in a middle part of the aestivating member so that the sea cucumber enters and leaves therethrough. The aestivating apparatus further comprises a string (25) that forms a wrinkle on the aestivating member by binding the aestivating member. The aestivating apparatus further comprises a rod (30) for fixing both ends of the aestivating member.
