To provide a pesticide applicator having a spray nozzle for avoiding mud from adhering to the vicinity of a rotator by mud splash caused by turning of planting tine and preventing the rotator from having difficulty to rotate.
SOLUTION: In the pesticide applicator 10 for transplantation and simultaneously application to a seedling mat 74 placed ON a seedling table 16 of a rice transplanter and the tubular rotator 66 is turnably and externally fitted to the tip part 65b of a spray nozzle 65 disposed ON a spray part 43 and the spray nozzle 65 is equipped with a mudguard means for covering the planting tine 17 side of the outer periphery of the rotator 66. The mudguard means is integrally formed with the spray nozzle 65 or is attached to the support means of the pesticide applicator in the vicinity of the rotator 66. Besides and a seedling mat pressing means 36 arranged at the lower part of the seedling table 16 is equipped with the mudguard means constituted in a belt-like form extending in the right and left directions.
