PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer micelle-containing preparation which solves the problem accompanying a conventional technology, can be produced without using an organic solvent and has a polymer micelle containing a water-soluble drug, and a production method therefor.SOLUTION: The polymer micelle-containing preparation is a preparation containing the polymer micelle of a block copolymer containing the water-soluble drug. The block copolymer is formed from a hydrophilic polymer segment and a hydrophobic polymer segment. In the production method for the polymer micelle-containing preparation, an aqueous solution of the water-soluble drug and the block copolymer are mixed and stirred while the mixture is being heated to reach a liquid temperature of 40-70°C, and the obtained suspension is subsequently vigorously stirred while being cooled to reach a liquid temperature of 15-35°C to incorporate the water-soluble drug into the polymer micelle formed from the block copolymer.COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI【課題】本発明は、従来技術の問題を解決するものであって、有機溶剤を用いることなく製造することができ、さらに水溶性の薬剤を内包するポリマーミセルを有するポリマーミセル含有製剤およびその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明に係るポリマーミセル含有製剤は、水溶性薬剤を内包してなるブロック共重合体のポリマーミセルを含有する製剤であって、前記ブロック共重合体が、親水性ポリマーセグメントと疎水性ポリマーセグメントとから形成されていることを特徴とする。また、本発明に係るポリマーミセル含有製剤の製造方法は、水溶性薬剤の水溶液とブロック共重合体とを攪拌混合しながら液温を40~70℃に昇温し、次いで、得られた懸濁液を強攪拌するとともに液温を15~35℃に冷却して、該ブロック共重合体から形成されたポリマーミセル内に水溶性薬剤を内包させること特徴とする。【選択図】 なし
