PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a person having no specialized knowledge to easily determine the autonomic nervous condition of a subject.SOLUTION: An electrocardiogram monitor 14 measures the electrocardiographic data of the person to be diagnosed. Based on the electrocardiographic data measured, an autonomic nerve activity index calculating part 24 calculates the sympathetic nerve activity index (LH/HF), and a CVRR calculating part 25 calculates the CVRR based on the electrocardiographic data. A controlling apparatus 18 calculates the CVRR changing quantity being a difference of CVRR values before and after a standing-up test, the sympathetic nerve activity index changing quantity being a difference of the values of LF/HF before and after the standing-up test as an index showing the condition of the sympathetic nerve function, and based on the combination of the values of these indexes, it is determined that to which type the condition of the sympathetic nervous function of the person to be diagnosed belongs among predetermined types of the sympathetic nervous function.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】専門的な知識を有していない者であっても被診断者の自律神経の状態を容易に判定することを可能にする。【解決手段】心電図モニタ14は、被診断者の心電データを測定する。自律神経活動度算出部24は、測定された心電データに基づいて交感神経活動度指標(LH/HF)を算出し、CVRR算出部25は心電データに基づいてCVRRを算出する。制御装置18は、起立試験前後のCVRRの値の差であるCVRR変化量や、起立試験前後のLF/HFの値の差である交感神経活動度指標変化量を自律神経機能の状態を示す指標として算出し、これらの指標の値の組み合わせに基づいて、被診断者の自律神経機能の状態が予め定められた自律神経タイプのうちのどのタイプに属するかを判定する。【選択図】図1
