PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article with an improved deodorization effect.
SOLUTION: The absorbent article comprises a top sheet, a back sheet and an absorber sandwiched between them. At least a deodorant sheet having a predetermined size is placed between the top sheet and the absorber. The top sheet contains a first fiber layer facing the body side and a second fiber layer facing the absorber side and having a fiber diameter different from that of the first fiber layer. A plurality of projecting parts projecting toward the absorber are formed with intervals on at least a part of the second fiber layer. When the top sheet and the deodorant sheet are put together, space layers are formed in regions except for such regions where the projecting parts and the deodorant sheet come into contact with each other.
