The present invention relates to a device configured to enable a suture thread (T) having a metal (TE) attached to a magnet and formed on an end to be knotted on an outer surface of a needle (101) of a tool for a suture thread (100). The knot forming device (200) of a tool for a suture thread comprises: a guide rail (201)； a winding unit (210) disposed in a longitudinal direction of the guide rail (201) to be able to move and configured to move in forward and backward directions according to driving of a winding driving unit； a knot forming unit (220) disposed in a longitudinal direction of the guide rail (201) to be able to move, facing the winding unit (210), and configured to move in forward and backward directions according to driving of a knot formation driving unit； and an installation unit (230) for a tool for a suture thread disposed between the winding unit (210) and the knot forming unit (220) and having the tool for a suture thread (100) mounted thereon.본 발명은 끝단부에 자석에 부착되는 금속(TE)을 구비하는 봉합사(T)를 봉합사용 도구(100)의 니들(101)의 외면에 매듭을 형성하여 구비되도록 하는 장치로서；안내레일(201)과, 상기 안내레일(201)의 길이 방향을 따라 이동 가능하게 구비되며 와인딩 구동부의 구동에 따라 전후진하는 와인딩부(210)와, 상기 안내레일(201)의 길이 방향을 따라 이동 가능하게 구비되며 상기 와인딩부(210)와 마주하며 매듭형성 구동부의 구동에 따라 전후진하는 매듭형성부(220)와, 상기 와인딩부(210)와 매듭형성부(220) 사이에 위치하여 봉합사용 도구(100)가 설치되는 봉합사용 도구 설치부(230)로 이루어지는 봉합사용 도구 매듭장치(200)에 관한 것이다.
