PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device solving following problems: there has been a conventional device for continuously producing sterile water by mixing an acidic liquid chemical and an alkaline liquid chemical in city water, however the conventional device requires two large-sized liquid chemical tanks, and when mixing/diluting the liquid chemicals in city water, the conventional device requires a large-sized complicated mechanism for performing adjusting/controlling operation while measuring pH in order to obtain almost neutral sterile water, while the liquid chemical tank can not be replaced easily and a function of detecting liquid leakage is further required.SOLUTION: A device for producing sterile water is configured in such way that: a stock solution which is supplied and filled from a stock solution cartridge and measured in a stock solution measurement part, is mixed with the city water which is measured in a city water tank, in a sterile water tank to produce the sterile water the produced sterile water is supplied to the outside by using compressed air, meanwhile the sterile water is produced newly in another sterile water tank, namely, production operation and a supply operation are performed by switching a plurality of sterile water tanks to continuously supply the sterile water to the outside.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来、水道水に酸性薬液とアルカリ性薬液を混合して連続して殺菌水を生成する殺菌水生成装置があったが、薬液を収納する2個の大型タンクを必要とし、また水道水と混合希釈する場合中性に近い殺菌水を得るためにpHを測定しながら調整制御するため大型で複雑な機構を要し、薬液タンクの交換も容易ではなく、かつ液漏れ検知機能も要した。上記の課題を解決する装置を提供する。【解決手段】原液カートリッジから供給充填され原液計量部で計量された原液と、水道水タンクで計量された水道水を殺菌水タンクで混合して殺菌水を生成し、殺菌水を圧縮エアで外部に供給している間に別の殺菌水タンクで新たに殺菌水を生成し、生成と供給を複数の殺菌水タンクで切り替えて行ない連続的に殺菌水を外部に供給する。【選択図】図1
