A combined toothbrush and mouth care device includes a main body member having a proximal end and a distal end, a brush head having a plurality of bristles to brush a users teeth coupled to the proximal end of the main body member and a flossing member to floss between the users teeth integrally formed with the distal end of the main body member, wherein the brush head includes a first region having a first width and a second region having a second width less than the first width to reach the users posterior teeth.
