The present invention relates to a gear knob cover for fighting off sleepiness of a driver, comprising: an inner skin which abuts a gear knob to cover a gear unpointed acupressure projections located outside the inner skin to prevent sleepiness an outer skin which covers the acupressure projections and directly comes in contact with the palm and a hole through which a protruding gear button can smoothly enter.
