PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heel and ankle supporter that can effectively protect bones and joints, prevents adduction of a calcaneum and corrects adduction position of the calcaneum, and suppress displacement of an ankle bone.SOLUTION: The heel and ankle supporter has elasticity and comprises: a belt-formed ankle belt that can be fixed to an ankle by being wound around the ankle at an upper part of an inner ankle and an outer ankle of a foot a heel hold belt having an inner-side cover surface that can cover the vicinity of the inner ankle by downwardly extending from the ankle belt, a heel cover surface that can cover a sole by extending from the inner-side cover surface, and an outer-side cover surface that can cover the vicinity of the outer ankle by extending from the heel cover surface, these surfaces being formed integrally, the outer-side cover surface having an end that is to be fixed to the ankle belt to fix the heel hold belt in an extended state and a belt-formed ankle bone pressing belt extending approximately forwardly from the outer-side cover surface to follow a Chopart joint on a front side surface of the foot and capable of pressing the ankle bone toward the rear part of the foot.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】骨および関節を効果的に保護し、踵骨の内転予防および内転位矯正、距骨の偏位抑制が可能な踵足首サポーターを提供する。【解決手段】伸縮性を有する踵足首サポーターであって、帯状に形成され、内くるぶしおよび外くるぶしの上方で足首に巻き回されて前記足首に固定可能な足首ベルトと;前記足首ベルトから下方に延びて前記内くるぶし近傍を覆うことができる内側カバー面と、この内側カバー面から延びて足裏を覆うことができる踵カバー面と、この踵カバー面から伸びて前記外くるぶし近傍を覆うことができる外側カバー面とが一体に帯状に形成され、前記外側カバー面の端部が前記足首ベルトに固定されることにより伸張状態で固定される踵ホールドベルトと;帯状に形成され、前記外側カバー面から略前方に延び、前記足の前側面でショパール関節に沿い、距骨を前記足の後方に向けて押圧可能である距骨押圧ベルトとを有する。【選択図】図4
