The present invention relates to a composite medical imaging system. The composite medical imaging system comprises: an electron multiplying CCD camera arranged on a first light path a visual light camera arranged on a second light path to photograph a visual light image a radiation-photon conversion module to convert radiation emitted from a living body into photons to emit the photons a light path switching module installed to be moved between a first operation mode where a near-infrared ray reflected from the living body among the near-infrared ray and the photons emitted from the radiation-photon conversion module is directed towards the first light path and visual light reflected from the living body is directed towards the second light path, and a second operation mode where the photons among the near-infrared ray reflected from the living body and the photons emitted from the radiation-photon conversion module are directed towards the first light path and the visual light reflected from the living body is directed towards the second light path and a composite imaging control unit to operate in a first photographing mode where a near-infrared fluorescent image and a first visual light image are photographed by the electron multiplying CCD camera and the visual light camera while the light path switching module is positioned in the first operation mode, and a second photographing mode where a radiation image and a second visual light image are photographed by the electron multiplying CCD camera and the visual light camera while the light path switching module is positioned in the second operation mode.
