PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably scrape up a washed object and reliably drop the washed object scraped up at a desired position in a rotating drum for a washing device having a scraping-up member for scraping up a washed object in the rotating drum.SOLUTION: A rotating drum 1 for a washing device comprises a cylindrical body 2 having many water passage holes and a scraping-up member 4 installed protruding from the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 2. The scraping-up member 4 has a first surface 7a formed from the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 2 toward the center of the cylindrical body 2, a second surface 8a inclined and extending from the first surface 7a in a direction opposite to a rotating direction of the cylindrical body 2, and a third surface 9a further inclined and extending than the second surface 8a in a direction opposite to a rotating direction of the cylindrical body 2 from the second surface 8a.
