Disclosed is a medical natural light source generator using an LED capable of implementing necessary illuminance and color temperatures to confirm accurate contrast, saturation, and color of a subject. Provided is the medical natural light source generator using the LED comprising: an upper case a lower case a battery and a switch. The upper case includes an LED module including a plurality of LEDs emitting a natural light source, and a printed circuit board in which the LEDs are mounted and a first LED head unit which provides an installation space of the LED module. The lower case includes a plurality of light emitting holes through which light emitted from the LEDs passes and a second LED head unit which is combined with the first LED head unit and fixes the LED module. The battery is installed in a battery installation space provided in the upper case or the lower case and supplies power to the LED module. The switch is installed in the upper case or the lower case and turns on/off the LED module depending on an external input signal.
