The present disclosure discloses a biofilm formation preventing or inhibiting agents of gram-positive bacteria, including lipoteichoic acid and antibiotics. Since the biofilm formation preventing or inhibiting agents according to the present invention shows synergistic action of the lipoteichoic acid and antibiotics, the agents can be used for a field in which biofilm control is required, especially, for prevention and treatment of biofilm-related diseases, thereby reducing abuse of antibiotics and maximizing the efficacy of treatment.본원은 리포테이코산 및 항생제를 포함하는, 그람 양성균의 생물막 형성 방지 또는 저해제를 개시한다. 본원에 따른 생물막 형성 방지 또는 저해제는 리포테이코산 및 항생제의 상승작용을 나타내므로, 생물막의 제어가 필요한 곳, 특히 생물막 관련 질환 예방 및 치료에 사용될 수 있어 항생제의 오남용을 감소시키고 치료의 효능을 극대화시킬 수 있다.
