PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical and comfortable mens incontinence pad wrapping the whole male genital organ, easy to attach/detach, being freely replaced, free from being removed only by placing without adhering, surely receiving urine to prevent lateral leakage, and absorbing a lot of urine.SOLUTION: A mens incontinence pad includes a pair of right and left bodies 2 covering the male genital organ and extending to the vicinity of the anal. The pair bodies have a center 3 sewn on the other side body, and an outer edge 4 going round the pair bodies. The center is curved from an upper end part 5 on a belly side to a lower end part 6 of an anal side to continue to the outer edge, and forms an expansion fitting to the shape of the male genital organ to wrap the male genital organ. The outer edge is curved from the upper end part on the belly side to the lower end part of the anal side to continue to the center, and forms a recessed curve fitting to the shape of the male genital organ root. The centers of the pair bodies are sewn on each other to adhere to the male genital organ root, and the outer edge is sewn by overedge stitch.
