The present invention relates to a stretcher formed to carry a patient thereon to or from an ambulance. In particular, the shape of the stretcher is changed according to the characteristics of a patient so that the patient can be stably and conveniently transferred. Moreover, an assistant can easily deform the stretcher. To achieve the purposes, the stretcher of the present invention comprises: a back support unit for supporting the back of a patient a hip support unit contacting the hips of the patient a thigh support unit contacting the thighs and a calf support unit contacting the calves. The support units disposed corresponding to the body parts of a patient are hinge-coupled with each other. The hip support unit is fixed to a main frame disposed in a length direction. A rear frame is hinge-coupled with the rear end of the main frame. A front frame is hinge-coupled with the front end of the main frame.
