PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional insect net which, after a target insect or the like is captured by covering the net from above, the fitting frame of the net is lifted to make a space between the ground and the net to hold the insect by inserting the hand and grabbing the insect for example, and which sometimes let the insect get away from the space when the fitting frame of the net is lifted in trying to grab the captured insect by hand particularly by an infant who is unaccustomed to handling the net.SOLUTION: Under the circumstances, a part of the net for capturing an insect or the like is made a double structure consisting of the inner net and the outer net, with the tip end of the inner and outer nets fastened to a frame having the same annular shape, and with the bottom of the inner and the outer nets made openable. Further, the bottom opening part of the inner net is designed to be smaller than the inner circumferential area of the annular frame to which the tip end of the inner net is fastened. As a result, when an insect or the like that passed the bottom opening part of the inner net enters between the outer net and the inner net, it is difficult to get away in this structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の虫取り網は、捕獲対象となる昆虫等に覆い被せるようにして捕獲した後、網の取り付け枠を持ち上げて地面と網の間に隙間を作り、手を差し入れて手で摘むなどし捕獲するが、網の扱いに慣れない幼児等は、捕獲した昆虫等を手で掴むために網の取り付け枠を持ち上げた際、その隙間から捕獲した昆虫等が逃げ出す場合がある。【解決手段】そこで、本発明は、昆虫等を捕獲する網の部分を内側と外側の二重構造にし、内側と外側の網先端部を同一円環状の枠に取り付け、内側及び外側の網底部を開閉式とする。さらに内側の網底部開口部を、内側の網先端部を取り付ける円環状の枠の内周面積より小さく返しとなる構造とする事で、内側の網底部開口部を通過した昆虫等が外側と内側の網の間に入り込むと容易に逃げ出せない構造となる。【選択図】図1
