PURPOSE: A method for removing allergic property from lacquer tree extract is provided to obtain lacquer tree extract with excellent anticancer effect. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an anticancer composition comprises: a step of performing hot water extraction using oriental lacquer and lacquer tree in a weight ratio of 1-3:1； a step of irradiating the extract by UV ray in a range of 100-400nm. The hot water extract is prepared by pulverizing lacquer trees and oriental lacquer containing urushiol, adding 5-20 times of water or ethanol, and heating. The high concentration of the urushiol is removed by irradiating the oriental lacquer with UV ray for one or more hours.본 발명은 옻나무의 알러지 유발특성을 제거하는 방법에 관한 것으로 옻나무 추출물, 증류액, 칠액 등에 자외선을 조사하는 방법에 의하여 알러지 유발특성을 제거하는 방법을 제공하는 것을 그 주요 특징으로 한다. 또한, 매우 강한 알러지를 유발하는 칠액을 1~3, 옻나무를 1의 비로 하여 얻어진 추출액으로서 우루시올의 함량이 불검출인 옻나무 추출물로서 매우 뛰어난 항암효과를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 옻나무 추출물 조성물에 관한 것이다.
