To provide solutions that meet a need for improved methods for treating inflammatory disorders and ligament and tendon damages and compositions for use in the methods； a need for improved methods for treating and preventing adverse health conditions associated with intensive animal breeding； and a need for a treatment for pain in a subject and a composition for use during the treatment.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a composition comprising (i) an adipose tissue-derived cell secretion product, (ii) an adipose tissue-derived cell suspension, which optionally comprises adipocytes, or (iii) a combination of the adipose tissue-derived cell secretion product and the adipose tissue-derived cell suspension, optionally comprising adipocytes. According to the present invention, there are also provided a use of the composition in pharmaceutical compositions and methods for treatment of various conditions.
