PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work system for recommending an application that is useful for improving the brain function of a user.SOLUTION: A terminal 101 measures a brain wave before a user performs a work (151), and transmits a result to a server 102 (152). The server 102 selects an application ID to be recommended to the user (155), and transmits a result to the terminal 101 (156). The terminal 101 presents the recommended application ID to the user (158), and estimates the application when the user starts the work (159). When the user finishes the work, the terminal 101 measures the brain wave (160), and transmits a result with the application ID of the estimated application to the server (161). The server 102 compares brain waves before and after the work with each other, and calculates a degree of improvement of the brain function by the application (164), and stores a result (165).
