PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily cope with a dimensional change in a thickness direction of a thermometer.SOLUTION: A thickness t1 of the circumference of a first housing part 15 for housing an electronic thermometer 18 in a tray 9 provided on an operation surface 5 of a body 2 and composed of an elastic material is made thicker than a thickness of a part t0 other than the circumference of the first housing part 15. In such a manner, when it is needed to slightly increase a thickness or a width of the electronic thermometer 18 entirely or partially for improvement of a function or improvement of a performance or the like, coping is performed by slightly increasing a depth or a width of the first housing part 15 according to a shape of the electronic thermometer 18. Thus, the dimensional change of the electronic thermometer 18 can be coped with by changing a shape of the tray 9 only without changing the shape of the body 2 itself at all.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】体温計の太さ方向への寸法変化に簡単に対応できる。【解決手段】本体2の操作面5に設けられると共に、弾性材料で成るトレイ9における電子体温計18を収容する第1収容部15の周囲の肉厚t1を、第1収容部15の周囲以外の箇所t0の肉厚よりも厚くしている。こうして、機能の向上や性能の向上等によって電子体温計18の太さや幅を全体的にあるいは部分的にやや大きくする必要が生じた場合には、第1収容部15の深さや幅を電子体温計18の形状に合わせてやや大きくすることによって対処することができる。したがって、本体2自体の形状を何ら変えることなく、トレイ9のみの形状変更で電子体温計18の寸法変更に対応可能になる。【選択図】図4
