THE PRESENT INVENTION INVOLVES THE PREPARATION OF FATTY ACID LIPOSONIC CONTAINING NANOPARTICLES ENCAPSULATED THEREIN, ESPECIALLY THE PATHWAY OF PARTICLE ENTRAPMENT FROM MICELLE-TO-VESICLE TRANSITION. THE STEPS INVOLVED (I) FORMING MICELLE FROM FATTY ACID (II) FORMING VESICLE OR LIPOSOME FROM MICELLE AND THEREAFTER (III) ENCAPSULATION OF PARTICLES IN THE VESICLES. THE METHODS OF PARTICLE ENTRAPMENT BY FATTY ACID LIPOSOME OF THE PRESENT INVENTION HAVE THE ADVANTAGE OF BEING MORE COST EFFICIENT AND SLOWER RELEASING ENCAPSULATED MATERIALS FOR A LONG LASTING EFFECT.
