The method for making brown rice noodles or brown rice tteokguk using nuts according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: washing and soaking brown rice in water, by washing brown rice, with foreign materials removed, and then soaking the brown rice in purified water(S100) pulverizing the soaked brown rice to prepare a rice powder, by pulverizing the soaked brown rice into a predetermined size to prepare a rice powder (S110) steaming the rice powder to prepare rice cake dough, by steaming the brown rice powder at a predetermined temperature to saccharify the brown rice powder, thereby making rice cake dough (S120) pulverizing nuts, by heating nuts, which is to be mixed with the rice cake dough, at a predetermined temperature, mixing the heated nuts, and then pulverizing the nuts to a predetermined grain size (S200) mixing the nuts with the rice cake dough at a predetermined ratio, by mixing the rice cake dough and the nuts at a weight ratio of 8.5:1.5 to 9.5:0.5 (S300) and performing extrusion and molding, by kneading, molding, and extruding the rice cake dough mixed with the nuts using an extrusion molding machine (S400).
