PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent that can construct a biocompatible surface by effectively covering surfaces of instruments or substrates in various shapes with a polymer containing a phosphorylcholine group.SOLUTION: A nanosheet dispersion liquid is provided, which is prepared by cutting the following nanosheet into fine pieces having an area of 10 mmor less and by dispersing the fine pieces in a dispersion medium: the nanosheet comprises a polymer containing at least 1 mol% of a repeating unit having a phosphorylcholine group and having a weight average molecular weight of 5,000 or more, and has a thickness of 500 nm or less. The polymer contains a repeating unit including a structural unit having a phosphorylcholine group, shown by formula (I) or (II) below, by at least 1 mol%. In the formulae, X represents a single bond, an oxygen atom, or one of -COO-, -CONH-, -OOC- and -CHO-； Y represents a single bond, an alkylene group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, or an oligooxyalkylene group； and m represents an integer of 1 to 6.【課題】様々な形状の機器や基板の表面を、ホスホリルコリン基を含有する重合体で効果的に覆うことで生体適合性表面を構築することが可能なコーティング剤を提供する。【解決手段】ホスホリルコリン基を有する繰り返し単位を少なくとも1モル％含有し、重量平均分子量が5,000以上である重合体からなり、厚みが500 nm以下のナノシートを10 mm2以下の面積からなる細片に裁断化して分散媒中に分散させたナノシート分散液。前記重合体が、下記式（Ｉ）または（II）で示される、ホスホリルコリン基を有する構造単位を含む繰り返し単位を、少なくとも1モル％含有する重合体である。式中、Ｘは単結合、酸素原子、あるいは－COO－、－CONH－、－OOC－または－CH2O－で示されるいずれかの基を表し、Ｙは単結合、炭素数１～６のアルキレン基、またはオリゴオキシアルキレン基を表し、ｍは１～６の整数を表す。【選択図】なし
