The invention concerns a transcutaneous irradiation device that is essentially characterised in that it comprises: - a top portion (1) suitable for being positioned on the head (3) of a user and comprising at least one transcutaneous irradiation module (10) consisting of at least one irradiation source, and - a bottom portion (9) suitable for being positioned on abdomen (16) of the user and comprising at least one transcutaneous irradiation module (10) consisting of at least one irradiation source. In particular, the transcutaneous irradiation device of the invention is configured for the prevention or treatment of neurological disorders and/or neurodegenerative diseases, preferably for the prevention or treatment of Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and/or Huntington's disease.
