Solid powder is made by mixing the coating agent 20-50 weight% and a binder, which is composed of an olefin material or the mixture, 50-80 weight%. The solid powder 15-35 weight% is mixed with an organic solvent 50-70 weight% and the mixture is aged for 24-48 hours to make paste.
