The present invention relates to a respiratory mask for endoscope. More specifically, when needed to supply air by an apnea phenomenon or the like of a patient in a procedure of inserting an endoscope cable to the patient for endoscope, the respiratory mask of the present invention improves a structure where the endoscope cable and a hose for supplying air all can be used in a single respiratory mask in order not to take a complex measure such as removing the inserted endoscope cable, covering the mask, supplying the air, reinserting the endoscope cable, etc. As the endoscope cable is made of a flexible shape, the respiratory mask of the present invention is able to be tightly connected to the endoscope cable by an over pressure which occurs when supplying the air.
