PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent-diffusing device capable of easily heating up an agent without use of electricity or fire.SOLUTION: A diffusing device for diffusing an agent includes: an agent container for accommodating an agent to be diffused and a heating cartridge to which the agent container is detachably attached, generating heat for heating the agent. The heating cartridge includes a fuel tank in which fuel is accommodated, a reaction chamber, a fuel supplying member which suctions the fuel in the fuel tank and supplies the fuel to the reaction chamber, and a catalyst holding member which holds a catalyst. In the reaction chamber, an oxidative gas and the fuel in the fuel tank through the fuel supplying member are supplied to the catalyst held by the catalyst holding member so as to generate heat.
